Just Dance, It'll Be Alright!
"Dance is the only art wherein we ourselves are the stuff in which it is made."For years when I was younger (much, much younger) I took ballet and pointe classes. I stood straight, feet turned out and carried myself with as much grace as I could muster. Today, it’s my daughter who dons the tutu and the ballet slippers on Saturday mornings. She’s a lucky girl -- I have never found a workout that was quite as good, or as much fun, as dance.
