Hello Darkness, My Old Friend

Discovery Health published an article this week with some pretty scary points:
• Exposure to dim lights when it should be dark may contribute to depression.
• Light exposure at the wrong times of day has been linked to all sorts of health problems.
• To boost your mood, it might help to give yourself some solid hours of true darkness at night.
Whether it is late at night or the middle of the day, your body needs dark to sleep. True darkness can be achieved with a mask like the ones you get from And the fact that they smell like lavender can’t hurt either!
